I have worked with Chris and Natasha to help train my 6 month old Cane Corso from puppy class through earning his Canine Good Citizen certification. He is turning a year old now and they have continued to stay involved in his training and encourage me to work with developing his skills…through simple trick training, to socialization, etc. They truly care about every client and remain involved making sure the relationship with your pet remains a successful one!! Highly recommend them as trainers…and just all around wonderful people!

What really set Pup Master Academy apart for us was how passionate Chris is about dog training and how much he genuinely cares about each dog he takes on as a client. From the beginning, Chris was eager to understand our concerns, priorities, and expectations so he could best address the dog behavioral problem at hand. Instead of giving us memorized answers, Chris took care to go into detail with us and explain the science-based background into dog behavior and corrective actions. From the moment our dog, Shasta, began her three-week-long board and train program, Chris and his team cared for her like their own and went above and beyond to provide us with consistent dog training updates, photos, and check-ins whenever possible. The last day of the program is spent going over the areas addressed by the training, a walkthrough of effective dog commands and training prompts, and how the training can be continued at home. Chris also offers additional follow-up dog training sessions to ensure his training will continue to be effective well after the training program has been completed. Chris's knowledge, combined with his passion to set every dog up for success and his genuine care for every dog he works with, are all small details that contributed to our fantastic experience with Pup Master Academy. We had our crazy chocolate lab trained with pup master academy a couple of years ago and she loves Chris! Whenever she comes back from training, she is so happy and well-behaved. We will be having our new golden retriever pup trained with them as well. Can’t say enough good things—your dog will love them:)

Chris and Natasha trained one of my dogs and they did a great job teaching them basic obedience. They are very informative and teach you how to continue to maintain your dogs training.
